Quality

We are ISO 9002 compliant through a formal quality system that insures that our products conform to customer requirements.

All of our quality assurance instruments are calibrated and traceable to the National Bureau of Standards (NBS).

We've established a Quality Control program complete with formal documentation to provide employees and customers with a comprehensive description of company policy for maintaining an effective Quality Assurance program. The Quality Control program and manual define the responsibilities and procedures that we utilize in order to assure acceptable quality standards and compliance to customer requirements. We are continuously working towards improvements of all policies set forth in the ISO 9002 Quality System.
Quality audits are welcome and a Quality manual is available upon request.
